1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website www.algoprotrader.com or subscribing to the Algo Pro Universe algorithmic strategies via Tradetron or any other medium, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. Service Description

Algo Pro Universe provides Automated Trading Software and Strategy Logic ("The Service"). The Service allows users to automate their own trading accounts using API keys.

• We are NOT a portfolio management service (PMS).

• We are NOT a financial advisory firm registered with SEBI.

• We are purely a Technology Provider (NIC Code 62011/62013).

3. No Financial Advice & Risk Disclosure

• Educational Purpose: All strategies, backtest results, and data provided are for educational and software testing purposes only.

• Market Risk: Trading in cryptocurrency derivatives (Options/Futures) involves a high degree of risk. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all of your invested capital.

• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for setting your own risk parameters (Capital deployment, Stop Loss). Algo Pro Universe is not liable for any trading losses incurred due to market volatility, exchange outages, or API failures.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Algo Pro Universe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Errors or delays in the Tradetron platform or the Crypto Exchange.

• Internet connectivity issues or server downtime.

• Slippage in trade execution prices.
